Chair Brian Harrison convened the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting at 7 : 00 pm in the Brewster Town Office Buildini
with all members present : Arthur Stewart , Jeanne Kampas , William Hoag , John Nixon , Patricia Eggers , Brucl
MacGregor and Susan McShane .
Also present : Ryan Bennett , Town Planner.
