Home My Public Portal About20040917 BB work sessionCOUNCIL WORK SESSION SEPTEMBER 17, 2004 CALL TO ORDER 1 The Council "Brown Bag" Work Session of September 17, 2004, was convened at 12:03 P.M. by Mayor John Landwehr. ATTENDANCE The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened: Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Martin, Harvey, Schnitzler, and Weber Absent: Ferguson, Viessman, and Vogel A quorum was present. DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda. Appointments Mayor John Landwehr announced that he has asked Councilmen Crane, Brown, and Harvey to serve on an ad hoc committee to study the issue of JCTV cable access channel. He also asked that City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus serve on that committee, and that Brian Crane would serve as chairman, and that if Councilman Crane wished, he could also invite some Lincoln University persons to serve on the committee as well. Bill 2004 -58 - Councilman Bob Weber stated this will be remain on the Informal Calendar as some more work is needed in order to finalize the budget. No official actions were taken since this was a work session only. The meeting adjourned at 12:15 P.M.
