SECTION 1: That the improvement herein described is required
by the public interest and convenience, a,nd the.Board oP Trustees of
the City of I,ynwood having at the time set forth in Resolution of
' Intention I�To. 98 received no protests or objections against said
work of improvement or against the extent of the district to be
assessed.for said work oY improvement as set forth in Resolution
of Iritention IQo. 98, does hereby order the c✓ork of improvement as
contemplated in said Resolution.of Intention No. 98, to-wit:
First: lhat all of the roadway of Zugo Avenue, from the east
line o�ruce Street to the easterly.boundary line of the City of
Lynvapod, be graded and oiled to the official line and grade in
accordance with Plan No. 369, and in further accordanco with Speci-
�fications No. 4 for the grading and oiling of streets and avenues
in the City of Zynwood. .
Second: That a esmsnt curb designated as C1ass `B" curb, des-
cribed in e hereinafter r.e£errod to specifications, be constructed__
� along b�oth lines of the roadv✓ay of Lugo Avenue from the east Tine of
Spruce Street.to the easterly boundary line of the !;ity of Zynwood.
Third: That a cement sidewalk f'our.feet (4'} in width be
constructed along each side of Lugo Avonue, from the @ast line of
Spruce Street to.the easterly boundar;� line of the City of yynvrood. �
Fourth: That a cement gutter one foot (1') in width and five �
incnes�n thickness be constructed along both side lines of
the roadway of.Zugo Avenue, from the east line of Spruce Street to
' the eastsrly boundary line of the City of'Lynwood. ;
' Fifth: A11 of said sidewalk, curb and gutter herein re£erred
� to shall Te constructed in accordance with Plan No. 369, and in fur-
ther accord.ance with Specifications No. 1 Yor the construction of
• cement curbs'in the City of Zynwood, Specifications No. 2 for the
construction of cement sidewalks in the City of Lynwood and SpeciYi- •
'cation's TvTO. 3 for the construction of cement gutters in the City' �
of Lj�nwood.
Said curb above described shall be omitted upon such portions
of I,ugo Avenue upon which a cement curb has already been constructed
and now exists to the official line and grade, and said sidewalk
above, described shall be omitted upon such portions of Lugo Avenue

grade.
That said contemplated work of improvement iri the opinion of
said Board of Trustees is of more than local or ordinary public '

ment and to be assessed to pay the costs and ex�,enses thereof is.
