BE IT FURTHE.4 RESOZVED, that the signature oY the Treasurer of
said City upon the coupons attached to the said bonds shall be a �
lithographed signature in place of a signature by hand; and
BF IT ALSO rURTHER E�SOZVED, that sealed proposals for the
purchase of said.bonds will be received up to the.5th day of Sept-
