�NHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Zynwood, did on
the 5th day of.July, 1923, pass Resolution of Intention No. 99
entitled "A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the �ity of
Lyn�rood Deelaring its Intention to Improve Portions of Zong Beach
Boubavard, Orchard Avenue, Llzclid Avenue, Cedar Avenue, Agnes�
Street, Josephine 5treet, and I,ouise 5t�reet in Said City, and des-
cribing the District to be assessed to pay the Costs and Expenses
of Said Improvement; and . ,
WHEREAS, there have been certain objections and protests as to
- the character and type of work contemplated in said Resolution,
RTO��; THEREFORE, BE IT ?�L'50I,VED that said Resolution of Intention
No. 99 and all subsequent proceedings taken thereuuder be hereby
vacated, abandoned and set aside. _
