REAL PROPERTY VALUATION UPDATE
TOWN OF BREWSTER - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Brewster Town Administrator is seeking proposals from persons, partnerships,
or corporations FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF FISCAL 2020 AND FISCAL
2021 INTERIM YEAR REVALUATION UPDATES, AND FISCAL 2022
RECERTIFICATION PROGRAM, AND FOR A CYCLICAL RE-INSPECTION
PROGRAM
Specifications may be obtained at the Town Administrator’s Office, 2198 Main
Street, Brewster, MA 02631, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or
by email request to Donna J. Kalinick, dkalinick@brewster-ma.gov. Proposals will
be received at the Town Administrator’s Office on or before Monday March 18,
2019 at 3:00 p.m. Proposals received after this time and date will be returned
unopened. No exceptions will be made. All proposals should be submitted in two
sealed envelopes clearly marked “NON-PRICE PROPOSAL” and “PRICE
PROPOSAL”. FAX proposals will not be accepted. This proposal is solicited and
will be awarded pursuant to the rules set forth in Chapter 687 of the
Massachusetts Acts of 1989, the “Uniform Procurement Act”, now Chapter 30B
of Massachusetts General Laws. Whenever the requirements of this RFP are
inconsistent with or prohibited by Chapter 30B, Chapter 30B shall prevail.
The Town Administrator reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all
proposals and waive any informalities in request for proposal procedures to the
extent allowed by law. Contract Award is subject to May 6, 2019 Town Meeting
Vote.
