SECTIOIV 3: Notice is hereby given that ssrial bonds to repre- sent unpaid assessments for the expense.of said proposed ivork and im- provemsnt, which bonds shall bear interestc�.at the rate of seven '(7) . per cent per annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner.provided by the "Improvemsnt 7�ond Act of 1915", and amendments thereto, the • last installment of which bonds shall mature nine years from the second day of July next succeeding ten months from their�date. ��11 of the herein proposed work, except as hereinabove stated, sha11 be done in pursuance of an act of the I,egislature of the State of �aliYornia designated as the "Improvement het of 1911", approved April ; 1911, and the amendments thereto. ,. I�,I. oS said day;: at the Council Chamber o£ the Board of Trustees of the City of Lynv�ood is horeby ,fixed and designated as the day, hour and place when and where any and a11 parsons having any objections to the proposed work o£ improve- ment herein designated may appear before said 3oard of Trusteos and show cause, if any they have, c✓hy said improvement should not be carried out in accordance,with the provisions of this Resolution of Intention. � SECTION 7: The I,ynwood Tribune, a v�eekly nevrspaper of general circulation published and circulated in said City of Lynwood, is . hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of In- tenti:on and notice of passage thereof shall be published in the manner and by the persons required by laiv. SECTIOn 8; The Superintendent of Streets of said.City sha1T post notices of said improvement as requirsd by law. The Board of irusts�s doss not deen it •advisable that the Clerk be required to mail copies of the notice of improvement to the owners or reputed owners, and the said City �lerk shall not be required to mail�any oopies of said notice whatsoever.
