CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Brown Bag" Work Session of October 15, 2004, was convened at 12:10 P.M.
by Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Berry, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Martin, and Viessman
Absent: Brown, Schnitzler, Vogel, and Weber
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
Mayor John Landwehr announced he will have to leave early from the meeting Monday
night to attend to another commitment. He asked City Clerk Phyllis Powell to call President
Pro Tempore Edith Vogel to inform her to be prepared to preside at the remainder of the
meeting.
Mayor John Landwehr stated he is considering moving up some of the presentations since
he will be leaving the meeting early if there are no objections from the Council. No one
objected to moving the items up.
Bill 2004 -90 - It was pointed out that the Bill Summary incorrectly states the agreement is
with Union Pacific when it should be with AmerenUE.
Bill 2004 -84 - City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus stated this will need to be placed on the
Informal Calendar.
No official actions were taken since this was a work session only.
The meeting adjourned at 12:35 P.M.
