WHEREAS, pursuant to statute tho Board of Trustees did adver-
t'ise the sale.of said improvement Bonds issued under the !'Improvement
Bond Act of 1915", to represent unpaid assessments levied for cer-
tain work done and improvement made on Alma Avenue, Elizabeth Avenue,
�?orton Avenue (sometimes knov�n as the Downey and Los Angeles Road),
North Los N'lores Boulevard and Sessions Street.in said City of Lyn-
wood, under Resolution of Intention No. 57, in pursuance of the
":Improvement.Act of 1911", and �
'v�IFIEREaS the time of sale having arrived and no bids having
been received,
IT IS HE:3T+'..BY ORDERED, DETiRNIIiIEA AP�D DECli�RED that tYie City,
Clerk be, and he is, hereby directed to deliver said bonds to Security
Investment Company, the assignee oY 5V. E. HAZL, Contractor, in
satisfaction of tYie sum due the said Contractor upon his assessmsnt
and warrant.
