ATTENDANCE The following Council Members were present: Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Martin, Schnitzler, Viessman, Vogel, and Weber Absent: None A quorum was present. DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda. Mayor John Landwehr will be leaving the meeting about 6:30 PM and President Pro Tempore Edith Vogel will assume the Chair to preside at the remainder of the meeting. The Presentations from Invited Guests will be moved up on the agenda so they can be made before he leaves. Informal Calendar 2003 -58 will come off of the Informal Calendar and be voted on tonight. 2003 -75 will be voted on tonight. No official actions were taken since this was a work session only.
