THAT WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Zyntivood, J� having in open session on the 17th day of October, 1923.,,opened, examined and publicly declared all sealeci �roposals_or b,ids,for _ performing the following work of improvement in said City,. to-wit: FIRST: That Zong Beach Boulevard from a line drawn 10.00 Yeet southerly from and parallel with the northerly line oY Beech- wood �v.enue to tho northerly boundary line of the City of Lynwood, be gradod and paved with a Portland cement concrete paver�ent taporing in'thiekness from five (5) inchas to six (6) inches, and have constructed along ths same, cement curbs of the class desig- nated as "Class B".curb described in the hereinafter ref'e,rred to specifications, and cement sidewalk four (4) feet in width. The � above cement sidewalks to be omitted along such portions of said street upon which a sidewalk four (4) feet or more in width has already been constructed and`now exists to the grade as shown on the plans and.profiles hereinaYtor raferred to, and also omitting the ceriter 24.00 feet of Long Beach Boulevard arid omitting the , . westerly,� one-half -of- I,ong Beach.
