A ResolutiUn of the Board of Trustees of the Cit� of Lyn-
- c�ood, Califcrnia, resolviizg that certain restrictions relating
to the placin� of buildings back,thirtv feet from the front line
on all lots £ror_ting on Lon� Beacki Bouleva.rd outside of the pres-
� ent, businoss sectien, should Ue removed, an� asking the co-operation
of the Lynvzood Company and T, B. Norton in removing same."

eri.ng the frontage on Zor_g Seach Boulevard in the Cit.y of Lyn-

� And 'uVhe: eas the Board of Trustees of said Citv of Lyncrood
having received expressions and requests regarding said rostric-
' tions B�rom tne various orrners of frontaga specified in the above
mentioned districl;
And �'�hereas all such exnres9ions and requests have been.
f�vorable tovrard`the removal of said Esptrictions
And Furthermore the Board of Trustees bein,g of the unani-
mous opinion t�1at. t;ne devolopment of buszne�s wi-�hin the Citq ie
being retarded by the practical coniinement of same to the pres-
ent small area:;
T-herefor be it Resolued, that we, as the members of the
_. Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood, institute and prose-
cute all legal requirements to bring about the removal of said
restrictions;
And Fux•thermore be it Resmlvad, that the original vend-
ors, namely: Tho Lynrvood Comp�ny and J, B, Norien, having ex-
pressed their tvillingness to remove the restrictions as above
set forth, be and are hereby respectfully petitioned to co-op-
erate vrith said Board of Trustees in this maiter.
