A RESOLUTION APPROVING STORM SEWER EASEMENTS, STORM WATER
MANAGEMENT FACILITY EASEMENTS AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FOR
PRAIRIE VILLAGE COMMERCIAL — PART 3, TIFFIN, IOWA
Whereas, The Developer for Prairie Village Commercial — Part 3 has redrawn the
necessary storm sewer, storm water management facility and drainage easements for
the development and has requested that the easements be established prior to final plat
approval.
Now, therefore be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa approves
the attached storm sewer easements, storm water management easements and
drainage easements for Prairie Village Commercial — Part 3.
On the 20th day of September, 2022, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council,
Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2022-079, A
RESOLUTION APPROVING STORM SEWER EASEMENTS, STORM WATER
MANAGEMENT FACILITY EASEMENTS AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FOR
PRAIRIE VILLAGE COMMERCIAL — PART 3, TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for
approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Limkemann.
Ayes: Schnedler, Limkemann, Havens, Orris, Olney.
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2022-079, A RESOLUTION APPROVING STORM
SEWER EASEMENTS, STORM WATER MANAGEMENT FACILITY EASEMENTS
AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FOR PRAIRIE VILLAGE COMMERCIAL — PART 3,
TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his
signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 20th day of September, 2022.
