A RESOLUTION FOR THE FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF TRAIL PHASE 7 PROJECT,
TIFFIN, IOWA — CONTRACTOR — CARTER & ASSOCIATED
WHEREAS, the Project Engineer states the Project construction was completed in
general accordance with the approved Plans and Specifications on file with the City of
Tiffin, Iowa and placed into operation and recommends Final Payment be made to the
Contractor.
WHEREAS, the Trail Phase 7 Project is complete and acceptable to the City of Tiffin
and to the Iowa Department of Transportation,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the
Trail Phase 7 Project is complete and acceptable to the City of Tiffin and final payment
shall be made to the Contractor.
On the 6th day of September, 2022, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Limkemann introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2022-076, A
RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF TRAIL PHASE 7 PROJECT, TIFFIN,
IOWA — CONTRACTOR — CARTER & ASSOCIATES and made a motion for approval.
Motion seconded by Councilperson Orris.
Ayes: Limkemann, Havens, Orris, Olney, Schnedler.
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon Five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2022-076, A RESOLUTION FOR FINAL
ACCEPTANCE OF TRAIL PHASE 7 PROJECT, TIFFIN, IOWA — CONTRACTOR —
CARTER & ASSOCIATES to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 6th day of September, 2022.
