CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of November 15, 2004, was convened at 5:45 P.M.
by President Pro Tempore Edith Vogel in the absence of Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Schnitzler, Viessman, and Vogel
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGEN
DA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
Informal Calendar:
2004 -84 - Several Council members stated that the bill should be removed from the Informal
Calendar and voted on tonight, and if they felt any changes were needed between now and
the November 30 ballot certification date, they could always schedule a special council meeting
if needed. City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus indicated a substitute bill had been distributed
which corrected some dates in the previous bill, and placed the actual ballot language in the
bill and made provision for placing the item on the appropriate ballots.
No official actions were taken since this was a work session only.
