CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of December 6, 2004, was convened at 5:45 P.M.
by Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Martin, Schnitzler, Viessman, and
Vogel
Absent: Berry
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
Appointments:
Mayor John Landwehr stated he had asked Jill Johnson from the CVB to attend tonight's
meeting to answer any questions the Council may have about the CVB budget to be voted on.
Informal Calendar:
Both bills on the Informal Calendar will be removed and voted on, and a substitute for Bill 2004-
96 has been distributed. City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus explained the changes in the
substitute bill.
No official actions were taken since this was a work session only.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
