21st day of June 1949.

A petition signed by property owners intereested in a certain
part of the old ocean blvd, was presented requesting that this
boulevard be abanded, as per sketch attached thereto.
U }on motion by Commissioner Wm.J. Bauer seconded by Commissioner
L. Seton Lindsay, Ordinance # 101titled,
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA, ABANDONING,
CLOSING ABD ABOLISHING A PORTION OF A CERTAIN STREET, ROAd
AND /OR OEEAN B OULE VARD RIGHT OF WAY WITHIN THE TOWN OF GULF
STREAM, FLORIDA"
was approved and passed at its first reading.
