CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of December 20, 2004, was convened at 5:45 P.M.
by Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry (arrived 5:50 P.M.), Brown, Crane, Harvey, Martin, Schnitzler,
Viessman, and Vogel
Absent: Ferguson
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.

Ms. Cindy Layton was present and City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus explained the proper
procedure for making motions and seconds to accept the nomination, and election, of Ms.
Layton as the Fourth Ward Council Member.

2004 -106: Will be placed on the Informal Calendar
No official actions were taken since this was a work session only.
