WHEREAS, a Resolution is required to amend Resolution 11 -20 10 which
was previously amended with resolution 4 -2011, and is known
as the 2011 Salary Resolution adopted by the Board of Sanitary
Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District of Richmond,
Indiana for the Calendar year 2011
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Sanitary
Department of Richmond, Indiana, that the following appointed officers and employees of the Sanitary Department of
Richmond, Indiana shall receive not more than the following salaries and wages for the calendar year beginning
Janurary 1, 2011 and ending December 31 st, 2011.

TEMPORARY, PART -TIME OR SEASONAL
In addition to the positions set forth above, the Board of Sanitary Commissioners may authorize temporary,
part -time or seasonal employees provided that there are funds in the budget. The Board of Sanitary Commissioners
shall set compensation for these employees within the range from $7.85 to $15.00 per hour.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such salary and hourly rates be provided for, as herein set forth, in the budget
for the Sanitary Department of Richmond, Indiana, for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2011 and ending
December 31 st, 2011. In addition to the above salaries (with the exception of Board Members) employees shall be
entitled to the same fringe benefits and additional compensation as set forth within the City of Richmond Policy Manual.
