CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2015-43
RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE JOB CREATION FUND
APPLICATION FOR InCITY FARMS
WHEREAS, the city of Medina (the "City") is a municipal corporation, organized and
existing under the laws of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City understands that InCity Farms intends to submit an application in
2015 to the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development for an award
and/or rebate from the Job Creation Fund Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a meeting on May 19, 2015 to consider this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota, that the City Council hereby expresses its support and approval of the application for
an award and/or rebate for InCity Farms from the Job Creation Fund Program.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Cousineau, Martin, Mitchell, Pederson
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Anderson)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
