CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of January 18, 2005, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson (arrived 5:50), Harvey, Layton, Martin,
Schnitzler, Viessman, and Vogel
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
2004 -135
Councilman Kevin Brown stated he will be requesting suspension of the rules on this bill, and
that attorney John Kuebler is present at tonight's meeting in case the Council has any
questions about the development.
2004 -118:
A substitute ( #2) to this bill was distributed, and Councilman Michael Berry explained that his
reason for suggesting a sunset clause was that it may help the issue's chances of garnering
voter approval.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
