the Board of Trustees oP the City o3 Lynwood, passed on the 18th da,y
of June, 1924, for a complete description o� the work herein men-

' At�TD °dFIEREAS, interested persons were notii'ied in the manner
required by law to appear before the I3oard oY 'rrustees of the said
City of I,ym�ood, California, in the Council Chamber of the City xall,
in said City, at the hour o£ eight o' clock P. T,Z. of "�ednesday, tYie
7th day of January, 1925, and show cause vuhy bonds should not be
ussued upon the security of the unpaid assessments_shown..on sai d,
Street Superintendent's list; and
• YI�IEREAS, notice was duly given ir_ the manner and form required
by law that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, bearing
interest at the rate of seven per eent (7�fO) per annum, will be
issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement 13ond
Aet of 1915"� the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine
(9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (10) months
3rom their date. �
And all interested persons having appeared before this Board
of Trustees.and haviug been given 3u11 opportunity to show cause why
bonds should not be issued upon the secu"rity of the unpaid assess-
