BJI3EREAS, pursizant to statute, notice o£ filing list of unpaid
assessments was duly given in the manner and form required by la�v,
that tho warrant, asse�sment and. diagram !�iere recorded on the 24th .
day of'3�ecember, 1924,_for the work done and improvement made by
HAI�L-JOHPdSON CONIP�NY, under that co,rtain contract awardod to them
on.tho 5th day of Sdovember, 1924, for the improvement oi' Anderson
Avenue a.nd Osgood kvenuo, in said City of Zynwood, aild that said
warrant, assessment and diagram were returned to tne Street Superin-
tendent of said rity together with a written staternent of a11 payments
received upon the said assessmsnt, and aiter the expiration of twenty
(20) full days from the date of said v✓arrant, the said Stroet Super-
intendent duly made and filed with the City Clerk oY the said City
of I,ynwood, a completo list of a11 assessments unpaid upon the said
assessment, which list is now on file in the oi'fice of the City Clerk
of the.said City, now upon a'videnee shown this Board dotermines that
thB assessments therein mentioned were then unpaid, the total a�gre-
gate there'of being the sum of Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Sixty and
- 21/100 Dol3ars($�12,360.21), and that Assessments nTos. 8, 25, 2G, 35,
62; 63, 87, and 92, and no others, have since been paid, and that
thero now remains the sum of Eleven Thousand I'our Hundred Forty-Eight
and 65/100 Dollars (�11,448.65), upon the assessrnents shown upon said
list other than those hereinabove l.ast noted as h�ving.been paid.
�Reference is kiereby made to Resolution of Intention ivo. 217 of
the fSOard of Trustees o£ the City of Lynwood, passed on the 24th day
of September, 1a24, ior.a complete description of the work herein
mentionod, and to the list of unP�.id assessments filed as above noted
for the assessments unpaid.

quired by law to appear before the Board oi' Trustoes of.the said City
of LynVrood, California,-in the Council Chambor o£ the City Hall, in
said City, at tho hour of eigPit o'clock P. PB. of �Aednesday, the 18th
day of February, 1925, and show cause �vhy bonds should not be issued
upon the seeurity of the unpaid assessments shown on said Street Super-
intendantCs,list;
?aVHEREAS; notice was duly �iven in the nanner and form requ.ired
b�r law that sorial bonds to represe�t un�aid assessments, bearir.g in-
terest at the rate of seven per cent (7°0). per annum, wi11 be issued
heroundor.in the manner provided in tho "ImProvement Bond Act of 1915",
tho last installment o£ �vhich bonds shall mature nino (9) yoars from
the 2nd day oS July next succeeding ten (10) months from tYieir date.

Iv0'� BE ZT RESOLUFD, that the Board of Trustees does hereUy find
and determinedtY�at no cause has been shown �vhy bonds'should not be
issued upon the security oi' said unpaid assessrrients and doss hereby
overrule all objections thereto, and does hereby di:roct tne issuance,
of said bonds, and further, �
Br IT RESOZVFD AS FOZLOFlS, that bonds shall be issued upon the
security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of Eloven Thousand
Four Hundred Porty-Eight and 65�100 Dollars (;�11,448.65).
^ths said bo�7ds shall be seventy (70) in number, shall be dated
February 18, 1925, and bear interest�at the rats of' seven per, cent
(7f) per annum, and the denominations of said bonds and the dates.of
the resnective maturities thereof, shall be as iollows:

v�ith the bonds hereinabovc� enumerated to Security Investment Company
o� Riverside, assigneenoz Hall-Johnson Company, Contractors, in
satisfaction of the balance due upon its assessment.and v✓arrant. •
I hereby certify that the Yoregoing Resolution was duly and re-
