Be it, and it is, Hereby resolved. by the Board of Trustees..
of the City of Lynwood:
I: That the public interest and inconvenier.ce requiro, and
� that it is the intention of this �oard of Trustees to order the
� furnishing for a period o£ t���o years, of the service necessary to
�' maintain and illuminate by means of electric energy, th@ suspended .
electric street lamps of 250 and 600 candls power as located upon
all of tne strsets of the City of Zynwood, all to oe sho�^�n on the
- map showing the location of all electric strEet lamps and the
boundaries of the district to be bonefitted and assessed to pay
ths costs and expenses of s�.id v�ork, to be filed as hereinafter
designated with the City Clerk of the City of I.ynwood. Said ele'c-
tric street lamps shall be as many as are necessary to propsrly
illwuinate all the strsets included within the boundaries of said
assessment district.• ,
II; Th�.t the exterior bousidaries of' the district to be bene- _
fitted by said improvement and to be assessed to pay the cost and
sxpenses thereof, ancl to oe knowm as the assossmsnt district, are
hereby specified to be the exterior boundaries of the City of Zyn-
wood. .
III: That said proposed improvement�is hereby referred. to ths
city Engineer,of the City of T,ynwood, and said City Engineer is
hereby directed to make and file with the Clerk of this Board of
Trustees a'report in writir.g presenting the_=ollowing: ,
(1) Plan and specifications of the proposed improvement;
(2) estimate of the cost of said improvement and of the in-
cidental expenses in connection therewith;
(3) A diagram, or map, shovaing the assessmer_t district abovs
referred to, and also the boundaries and dimensions of the res-
psctive sub-divisions of land within said districts, as the s'ame
ro�^I exists, eaeh of which sub-d.ivisions shall be given a separate
number in red ink upon said diagram;
(4) A proposed assessment of the total amount of the cost and
expenses of the proposed improvemer,t upor_ the several sub-divisions
of land in said districts in proportion to the�est uriated,benefits
___ _,,._to_be reco.ixed.._by s.uch sub-divisions, respectively.,-from-,said im- .
provements. Said assessments shall refer to such sub-divisions
under said diagram by the rsspective red ink numbers thereof,: and
shall show the names of the owr_ers, if known, otherwise desig-
nating them as unlcnown.
I hereby oertify that the.abov,E and foregoir_g Resolution vras
passed and adopted by the Board of Trustses of ths City of Zynwood,
