lFJHEREAS, In the opinion of the Board of Trustees of the Ci�y
• of Lynwood, public necessity and convenience require that the said
Eity acqui:re and purchase sufficient real property upon wrhich to
keep and store the machinery, tools, implements, equipment, materials,
etc.., used by the city in the repair and irnprovement of public streets
side�^�alks, curbs,.parkvvays, alleys, and other public places, and
, Y'tHEREAS, That aertain real property situated near the Lynwood
City Hall, aridvdescribed as Lots 4�4, 425 426 and-y.27 of Tract
� No a55�, Los Angeles County, California, is suitable for the said
purposes and can nov� be purchased for the sum of Eleven Hundred
� (�1,100) Dollers cash, and

property is the most conveniently located for the said purposes,

IIE IT RESOLVED BY 'PFIE B� OF, TRUSTEES That th� Citp of Lyn-
wood purchase the said real property at the price hereinabove named,
and that the purchase price thereof be taken from the City�s Street.
Iinproveme}�t FUnd, end that a warrant be dra���n upon the Treasury for
the same, and further that the Presicient of the Board of Trustees
- be and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into such ne-
gotiations as may be necessary for the �.cquisition of said real
praperty by the Gity of Lynvrood rind is hereby granted full authoritq
to represont the .said city in said matter.
