CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of February 7, 2005, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson (arrived 5:50), Harvey, Layton, Martin,
Viessman, and Vogel
Absent: Schnitzler
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
Councilman Edith Vogel announced she will need to leave the Council Meeting early to attend
another meeting.
2004 -138
City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus distributed a substitute to this bill and explained the changes
made by the substitute.
2004 -116
Councilman Kenneth Ferguson stated he will be withdrawing this bill at the request of the
Human Relations Commission.
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
