of a cert�.in commission and badge as a deputy sherif•f of. Loa
An�eles County, State of Californix, and vahich said commission
sad badge wrere granted to him by the Sheriff of Los Angeles at
the request of. the Board of Trustees of the City of Lyn�vood and
for the purpose of� delegating to said Erkfitz additional police
powers to those conferrad on him by raason of his said aff•ice of�
Cit� Iv2arshal of s�.id city� and
L�iHEREt�S, said Erkfitz is no longer the city marshal of the
citp of Lynwood and is not noi+ in any way connected with the
police depart�nen� of said city, and
t�'HERES.SP�T H. B. ,JOHIdSON, was on the y.th day of F,ebruary, 1a25�

sssume the duties of a deputy sheriff� of Los Angeles County in
ordor that he may more effectivelp enforce the public peace in
