A Resolution of the Board of Trustees o£ the City
�of Lynaood regarding a certain portion of Lot 691 Tract
2992.

The Board of Truatees of the City of Lpnwood doea reaolve as
�S�' follows :
VPhereas Edaard P Os�ood �nd Leona Oagood, husband and wife;
have-tendered to the Cit� of Lynwood a certein Grant Deed covering
a poi•tion of Lot 691 Tract 2992,
And FRiereas said parcel of laad is partioularlq deacribed as
follows: That por4�nn of Lot 691 Tract 2992 in the Citv of Lynwood
County of Lo;� Angelea, Stata of California, as per map recorded in
Bools 30, Page 78 of Maps, descritied as follows: Beginning at.the
Northwesterly corner of said lot; thence Easterlg slong the North-
erly line of said 3ot 40 feet; thence Southerly parallel with the
Essterlg line of said lot to a point. in the Southerly line of said
lot; thence Northxesterly along the Souther•ly line of ssid lot to
the Southwesterly corner thereof; thence Northerly along the Weat-
erlY line of said lot 209.17 feet to the point of beginnin�.
And 4+lhereas it is vnderstood and a�reed by and between Ed-
vrard P Oagood and Leona Osgood, grantors, and the City of Lynwood
ae repres8nted by the Board of Truatees of said City, granteo,that
said parcel of land is conveyed to said City.of Lynwood for atreet
purpoaes only.
And titRzereas certain atreet improvement having been done abut-

. Now Therefore be it Resolved that the City of Lynwood through
its governing body, the Boai°d of Truatees, purchase said paQ.cel of
land from the owners, Edrrard P Os�ood and Leona Osgood.
And be it Further Resolved that the City Clerk be, and he is
hereby authorized and instructed to draw a warrant on the Street
Improvement Fund for the sum of �150.80, payable to said grantors,
as payment in full for said portion of lot 691 tract 2992.
Adopted and approved this 3rd day of Jume, 1925.
