�.NHEREAS, Tdotice tivas duly given by ths City Glerk of the City of
I,ynwood that ar�y and all protssts objecting to the improvement or
the sxtent of the assessment diatrict or.to the proposed assessment,
• or any proceedings in connection.therewith, as contemplated by
Resolution of Intention IJO."245, passed on tho 18th day of N?arch,
1925, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Zynwood, wauld be
heard on 4Vedriesday, the 17th day of June, 1925, in the Council �
Chamber of the City Hall in the City of Zynv�rood, and_ that any person
interested, objecting to the said improvement or to.the extent of
the said assessment district, or to the propos�d•assessment t'iled
in the office of the �ity Clerk on the 20th day of P,+Fay, 1925, might •
, file a written protest;with the.City Clerk at or before the sa.id

authorized and•instructed to chan�e, modify and correct said assess-
ment for the work of improvement to be done within the lighting dis-
trict of the City of I:ynwood as described in Resoluti•on I�?o 245 of
said �itJ, �uhich asse�sment vras filed in the office"of the City
Clerk of ths City of T�yn�vood on .the 20th day of 2�4ay, 1925, by the
City Engineer of said City of Lynwood, in accordance with the
folTowing schedule:
