Giovanna Venditti, Director of Finance and Operations, will review the Dashboard Report ,
E . School Choice — Public Hearing
The School Committee will hold a public hearing to discuss participation in School Choice ,
The Superintendent will present information on the School Choice program at the Middle School
and High School . The Superintendent recommends the approval of the School choice seats as
designated for the 2019 -2020 school year .
F . FY20 Budget — Public Hearin
A presentation will be made on the FY20 Budget . Comments will be taken from staff, parents ,
and citizens . The Superintendent, Principal, or School Committee may take action to amend or
approve the FY20 Budget .
G . ADDrove the Capital Article Reclassification

Subcommittee members may take this opportunity to report to the committee .

Approve the minutes of February 7 , 2019 and February 14 , 2019 .
