RESOLUTION NO 263

A Resolution of the Board of Trustees oP the Citv
of Lynxood, Cal., transferring the sum of Twenty-fine
Hundred (�2500.00) Dollars from the General Fund to the
Clerk's Street Improvement Fund.

The Board of Truateea of the Citv of Lynvood does reaolve sa
follons:
� Section 1: Thet the sum of Twenty-Pive Hundred ($2500.00)
Dollars be, and the same is hereby, transferred faom the General
F1xnd to the Clerk�s Street Improvement blind of the Cit,y oP Lyn-
xood.
Section 2: That the City Clerk shall furnish forthwith a
certiPied copy of this Reaolution to the City Tresaurer, snd
thereupon said Citv Treasurer shall make the proper entry upon
his books of auch transPer.
Section 3: Thst the City Clerk ehall certify to the passa�e
oP this Reaolution and thereupon and thereafter the same shall
be in flill force and ePfeat.
Adopted and approved this 5th day of Auguat, 1925.
