A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Citv of
Lynwood, Cal., fixing the rate of taxation for said Citp
. of Lynwood for the current year 1925-26.
The fi oP Trustees of the_City of Lqnwood does resolve ea
folloes :
Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the City of Lynwood did,�at
a regular meeting held on trie 2nd day of Sept, 1925, duly pase an
Ordinance, said Ordinance being Ordinance No .5�.., fixing the
amount of money neceseary to be raised by tasstion to carry on the
varioue departments oP the ssid City of I�,ynwood dtu^inR the current
vear 1925-26 at the sum of 'EigYiteen.•TYiousandYFYbe'Hundr.ed. Twenty-
'Seven &-84/100 (�18;527.84 :', ':.;.
Now Therefore be it Resolved that the rate of taxation
neceseary to be levied upon the taasble propertp flithin the City
of Lynwood to raise the amount of monev neceaeary as a revenue to
carry on the varioue departmenta of auch Municipal Corporation
durir.g the current year 1925-26 ie hereby fixed at Eighty (80)
Cents on each One Hundred (�100) Dollare oP the aasessed valuation
of tha City of Lynwood as returned to this Bosrd of Trusteea by
the Auditos of the Count� oP I�os Angeles, Californie., on the 17tri
� day oP Au�v.et, 1925, in the manner provided by lew. And the afore-
said rato is hereby levied in accordance therewith.
The City Clork shall certify to the passage and approval
oP thie Resolution and cause a copy thereof, duly certified, to be
tranamitted to tho Auditor of Los Angeles County, California.
