ATTENDANCE The following Council Members were present: Present: *Berry (arrived at 5:50 PM), Brown, Crane, Harvey, Layton, Martin, Schnitzler Viessman, and Vogel Absent: Ferguson A quorum was present. DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda. Mayor John Landwehr stated he will present a proclamation to some members of the Jefferson City Girl Scout Council who will be present at tonight's meeting. He also indicated that Greg McAboy has postponed his presentation until the March 21 Council meeting. Human Resources Director Gail Strope distributed corrected page 40 of the attachment, and stated that the corrected page contains updated numbers in one paragraph. She indicated that page will replace the previously distributed page in the official Affirmative Action Plan. The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
