Assistant CityAttorney
My apologies for the delay in returning the contract. There were some initial
perceived discrepancies from what was presented to the Richmond Board of Works that
were brought to my attention. I wanted to examine and verify those as being just
"spacing" or formatting differences before permitting the City officials to sign. The
language is the same and so the Agreement has been signed by the Mayor and the Board of
Works President and I am returning one original to you. I am also returning some drafts
that were included that did not have signatures.
Please let me know if there are any questions or concerns.
Very truly yours,
