CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of March 21, 2005, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.

Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Martin, Schnitzler. and Vogel
Absent: Layton and Viessman
A quorum was present.

Bill 2004 -148:
Councilman Michael Berry stated he has a conflict of interest and will abstain on Bill 2004 -148.
