RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER
WHEREAS, on July 27, 2000 thc Mayor and Council of thc Borough of Carterct
approved a contract to National Water Main Cleaning Company in the amount of
$70,211.00; and
WHERAS, the Borough Engineer has informed the Governing Body that a
modification of the contract is reasonable and necessary; and
WHEREAS, the engincer has further certified that said modifications were
unforeseen at the time the original contract was awarded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of $3,409.75 is hereby
added from the original contract and payment of the modified amount is hereby
approvcd;
BE IT FURTHER IAESOLVED that the revised contract amount including
change order number 1 (one), shall be $73,620.75.

and certified as a true copy of the

forth in Resolution.
