An application submitted by Mark Marsh as Agent for Richard Viens & Patricia Werhahn, owners of property located at 1424 N. Ocean Blvd., Gulf Stream, Florida, ARPB Regular Meeting 4 Public Hearing 9-22-16 @ 8:30 A.M. which is legally described as Lots 10 & 10A, McLouth Subdivision, Gulf Stream, Florida. Mark Marsh advised that Mr. & Mrs. Viens have decided that they prefer to have a more natural style of landscaping using more native material from this particular area than the more formal design that was previously approved. Mr. Marsh then pointed out that they are asking to relocate the driveway entrance farther to the east to give a meandering appearance to the entrance and want to changet e configuration of the swimming pool to a free form design. He then l duced Clint Oster from General Landscaping to explain this revised n. Mr. Oster said that they will be replaci n er of the Coconut Palm Trees with Sable Palms and there wi1vy,p ting at the edges of the property but not as hedges.
