SUBJECT: INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 18-1032
AMENDING TITLE 9 (ZONING REGULATIONS), CHAPTER 1 OF THE
TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE (SERIES 2 CODE AMENDMENTS)
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to continue the public hearing to a date certain , the
regular City Council meeting on December 18 , 2018.
BACKGROUND:
At the request of the City Council, this item was continued at the City Council meeting
on October 2, 2018. Additional time was requested to thoroughly review the proposed
amendments and this item was continued to the November 20 , 2018 City Council
meeting . Staff is now requesting that the City Council continue the item to December
18 ,2018.
