MEETING OF NOVEMBER 14,2018
RECOMMENDATION :
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Transportation and Public Safety
Commission (Commission) actions from the ir regular meeting of November 14 , 2018.
BACKGROUND:
On November 14 , 2018 the Commiss ion held th eir regularly scheduled m eeting .
ANALYSIS :
The following is a summary of actions taken at the November 14, 2018 meeting :
1. ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioner -Blatt, Kwan , Palmieri , Nimri , Clift
Absent: Commissioner -None ·
Excused: Commissioner-None
2 . CONSENT CALENDAR
The Commission approved the minutes of the October 10, 2018 meeting .

3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Commission held nine hearings in person. Five citations were upheld and four
citations were dismissed.
The Commission held five hearings by written declaration. Five citations were
upheld.
CITY STRATEGIC GOALS:
Reviewing the Transportation and Public Safety Commission Actions furthers the City's
Strategic Goal of Citizen Education and Communication.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year 2018-19 City Budget.
