Mayor Man called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLLCALL
PRESENT: Councilmember-Chavez, Sternquist, Yu, Fish, Man
ABSENT: Councilmember-None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, Assistant City Attorney Murphy, City Clerk Kuo
Councilmember Chavez made a motion to excuse Councilmember Yu. Seconded by
Councilmember Sternquist.
Councilmember Yu arrived to the meeting at 6:38p.m.

Assistant City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met to discuss regarding Item
4A "Employee Performance Evaluation". There is no reportable action.

Assistant City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in Closed Session
regarding Closed Session Item 48, one item of "Anticipated Litigation". There is no
reportable action.
