SUBJECT: INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 18-1032
AMENDING TITLE 9 (ZONING REGULATIONS), CHAPTER 1 OF THE
TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL COD E (SERIES 2 CODE AMENDMENTS)
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to continue the public hearing to a date certain , the ·
regular City Council meeting on January 15 , 2019.
BACKGROUND':
At the request of the City Council, this item was continued at the City Council meeting
on October 2 , 2018. Additional time was requested to thoroughly review the proposed
amendments and this item was continued to the November 20, 2018 City Council
meeting. Staff requested that the City Council continue the item to the December 18,
2018 City Council meeting. Staff is requesting to continue the item to the City Council
meeting on January 15, 2019.
