C. TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS
The City Council is requested to receive and file Actions of the Regular
Transportation and Public Safety Commission Meeting of December 12, 2018.
Recommendation: Receive and file.
D. APPROVAL OF THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH
VAVRINEK, TRINE, DAY & COMPANY, LLP FOR PROFESSIONAL AUDIT
SERVICES
The City Council is requested to approve the amendment to the agreement with
Vavrinek, Trine, Day & Company, LLP for professional audit services to include
the preparation of the required Governmental Accounting Standards Board 75.
Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to enter into a third
amendment to the agreement for professional
audit services with Vavrinek, Trine, Day &
Company, LLP for Fiscal Year 2018-2019.
E. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 19-5380 APPROVING PAYMENT OF
BILLS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2018-19
The City Council is requested to adopt Resolution No. 19-5380 authorizing the
payment of bills.
