There will be a maximum 30-minute period for comments on any subject with a 3-minute time limit on each speaker, unless waived by Council. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTIONS The City Council is requested to receive and file Actions of the Regular Planning Commission Meeting of December 11, 2018. Recommendation: Receive and file. C. TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS The City Council is requested to receive and file Actions of the Regular Transportation and Public Safety Commission Meeting of December 12, 2018. Recommendation: Receive and file. D. APPROVAL OF THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH VAVRINEK, TRINE, DAY & COMPANY, LLP FOR PROFESSIONAL AUDIT SERVICES The City Council is requested to approve the amendment to the agreement with Vavrinek, Trine, Day & Company, LLP for professional audit services to include the preparation of the required Governmental Accounting Standards Board 75. Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to enter into a third amendment to the agreement for professional audit services with Vavrinek, Trine, Day & Company, LLP for Fiscal Year 2018-2019. E. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 19-5380 APPROVING PAYMENT OF BILLS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2018-19 The City Council is requested to adopt Resolution No. 19-5380 authorizing the payment of bills.
