Dear Ms. Taylor:
Attached please find three separate and distinct Records Requests (#1315, #1316 and #1317). Going
forward, it is our current intention to send identical requests on a daily basis. In an effort to
abbreviate, let me suggest the following as an alternative:
1. With regard to Requests #1316 and #1317 that the Town of Gulf Stream would agree that
Requests #1316 and #1317 would be renewed and recurring on a daily basis; and the Town
would send responses for each day going forward until the Request is withdrawan by way of
certified mail or recognized overnight carrier.
If this abbreviated arrangement is acceptable to you (and it should be since the Requests will be
materially lessened), please respond to this E -Mail by saying "I accept the content of the E -Mail
below" (assuming you agree); or that you reject the E -Mail below ( assuming you do not agree with
it). Of course, until the Town agrees in writing to the content of this E -Mail (or to the extent the
Requestor and Requestee execute a separate written agreement), please be aware (and plan for) the
Requests as aforesaid. In that connection, let's work together toward abbreviation, expediency and
ease.
I thank you and I await your prompt response.
P.S. Obviously it is not my intention or desire to "bomdard" the Town with Records Requests.

The Town of Gulf Stream received your public records requests on October 20, 2016. You
should be able to view your request at the following link:

In future correspondence, please refer to this public records request by the above referenced
numbers.
The Town has spent at least 15 minutes on your request and now estimates that to respond to
your request will require approximately an additional half hour support at $28.92 per hour, the
labor cost of the personnel providing the service, per Fla. Stat. § 119.07(4)(d). If the costs of
producing these documents will exceed your deposit, the Town will provide you with an initial
production of responsive records and an estimate for the production of any additional responsive
records. If the costs of production are less than the deposit, the Town will provide you with the
responsive records and a refund.
(One half hour @ $28.92 = $14.46) = Deposit Due: $14.46 in cash or check.
Upon receipt of your deposit, the Town will use its very best efforts to further respond to your
public records request in a reasonable amount of time. If we do not hear back from you within
30 days of this letter, we will consider this request closed.
