CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of May 16, 2005, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Layton, Martin, Pope,
Schnitzler, and Vogel
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
Bills Pending:
2005 -11: Mayor John Landwehr will turn the Chair over to President Pro Tempore Edith Vogel
when this bill comes up for discussion or action due to a conflict of interest.
New Business:
Hwy. 179 Corridor Annexation - Councilman Brian Crane asked if there could be some
discussion of this issue to let the citizens know what the city has been doing up to this point
concerning meeting with the public. Assistant to the City Administrator Melva Fast will give a
brief overview of the issue tonight, and there will be more discussion at a public forum which
the Council will schedule tonight.
