CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of June 6, 2005, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Layton, Martin, Pope, and
Vogel
Absent: Schnitzler
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
Consent Agenda:
Councilman Brian Crane stated he plans to ask that item (c) pertaining to permissive use
on Boonville Road be removed for separate consideration.
Bills Pending:
2005 -14: Councilman Michael Berry stated he plans to withdraw this bill. Following a brief
discussion, Councilman Brian Crane asked to receive information on the details of the
particular issue which had precipitated this bill.
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
