CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of June 20, 2005, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Layton, Pope, Schnitzler and
Vogel
Absent: Martin
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
CONSENT AGENDA:
Councilman Bryan Pope stated he would be requesting that the June 6 Council minutes be
corrected to show that he and Councilman Cindy Layton voted "nay" on Bill 2005 -12.
BILLS PENDING:
2005 -21: Councilman Kenneth Ferguson stated he will be placing this bill on the Informal
Calendar until the Planning & Zoning Commission has had the opportunity to review the zoning
at their July meeting.
BILLS INTRODUCED:
2005 -28: Councilman Jonathon Schnitzler stated there is a substitute Bill to correct a typo in
the bill which was sent in the Council packets.
2005 -30: Councilman Jonathon Schnitzler stated he will not be requesting suspension of the
rules on this bill after all.
A discussion was held on both Bills 2005 -22 and 2005 -30, and several Council members
indicated they will have questions to ask of staff in the following Regular meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 5:53 P.M.
