A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM
GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC) DISTRICT TO MEDIUM DENSITY SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL (R2) DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 23 Sunset Drive
and legally described as follows, to wit:
PT NE SEC 32-14-1 containing approximately 2.4 acres
as a General Commercial (GC) District as outlined on Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, It is desirable to change the zoning designation to a Medium Density Single-family
Residential (R2) District to allow the correction of the zoning so that it is consistent
the current land use.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that
the zoning designation of the above -described property is changed to a Medium Density Single-
family Residential (R2) District.
Passed and adopted this 71h day of March 2011, by the Common Council of the City
of Richmond, Indiana.
