CALL TO ORDER
The July 15, 2005, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:00 PM by President Pro
Tempore Edith Vogel in the absence of Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Brown, Harvey, Martin, and Vogel
Absent: Berry, Crane, Ferguson, Layton, Pope, and Schnitzler
A quorum was not present. President Pro Tempore Edith Vogel announced the Council will
conduct the public hearing which was scheduled to be held at this time, but that since there
was no quorum present, the rest of the meeting would not be held.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
A public hearing was held regarding the following:
Zoning Plan and Associated Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment, 2600 to 2800 W.
Edgewood Drive
No one present requested to speak in favor of, or opposition to, the proposed zoning
amendment. Mr. Mike Bates and Mr. Duane Schreimann were present on behalf of the
development to answer any questions the Council may have. They distributed a map
showing the proposed plan as it had been approved by the Planning and Zoning
Commission at its meeting held July 14. There being no further testimony in the matter,
President Pro Tempore Edith Vogel declared the public hearing concluded.
There being no other business brought forward, the meeting adjourned at 12:10 P.M.
