CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of July 18, 2005, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Layton, Martin, Pope, Schnitzler and
Vogel
Absent: Berry
A quorum was present. Mayor John Landwehr announced that he had received a call from
Councilman Michael Berry who said he would arrive at the Regular meeting about 15 minutes
late due to something that came up which needed his attention.
OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
BILLS PENDING:
2005 -35: Councilman Kevin Brown asked if the city was agreeable with the sidewalks as they
are included in the plan. City Planner Janice McMillan stated the City is agreeable.
BILLS PENDING:
2005 -38: Councilman Cindy Layton stated she will place this on the Informal Calendar.
2005 -39: A substitute Bill was distributed to the Council.
INFORMAL CALENDAR:
2005 -22: Two substitute bills were distributed, and Councilmen Crane and Schnitzler explained
their respective substitutes. Councilman Schnitzler stated he would be willing to leave this on
the Informal Calendar if that is the wish of the Council.
2005 -30: Councilman Jonathon Schnitzler stated this will be left on the Informal Calendar
