A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM
URBAN RESIDDENTIAL (UR) DISTRICT TO LIMITED COMMERCIAL (LC) DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 431 West Main
Street and legally described as follows, to wit:
LOT 15 R S 10 FT W SIDE LOT 16 R S
as an Urban Residential (UR) District as outlined on Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, It is desirable to change the zoning designation to a Limited Commercial (LC) District
to allow the correction of the zoning so that it is consistent with the proposed land use
of an Investment and Brokerage Service Group.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that
the zoning designation of the above -described property is changed to a Limited Commercial (LC)
District.
Passed and adopted this 4T" day of April, 2011, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana.
